anyport Driver was very polite on phone and called as soon as we landed, which was on time at 1545. We gave him out mobile and texted as we went through passport control and got our bags. We met him in L3 of the T5 short stay car park. We left the airport in the car 5 mins ahead at 1640 of our booking time of 1645. Given we were picked up earlier than planned, we were surprised and disappointed that the driver suggested we needed to pay a £10 pickup charge plus £12.50 parking plus £5 waiting. We had only expected to pay the £10 pickup fee in cash based on our booking confirmation. The car was also not an estate car but the size of a small hatchback. The misunderstanding over the additional fees would put us off using Mole Valley again. anyport

anyport For new drivers who've never been to Squirrels Leap before, please explain how to find us. Take the first cut road on the left as you drive down Surrey Gardens, and we're the first house on your right. Don't go down the second cut road on the left and don't drive all the way down to the end. anyport
